About Us
Darlinghurst’s Duke Bistro introduces dining with a sense of humour and quirkiness one floor above The Flinders, a landmark Sydney location.
British colonial style joins an all star food crew featuring Nik Hill, from London’s The Ledbury with Mikey Eggert on the pots and pans.
Not confined to the bland and boring, wines are sourced from all over the world, with a focus on alternative winemaking styles and varietals.
Expect seasonal menus, a left-of-centre approach to gastronomy, and most of all good times at this late-late-night dining experience.
