Darlinghurst’s Duke Bistro introduces dining with a sense of humour and quirkiness one floor above The Flinders, a landmark Sydney location.

British colonial style joins an all star food crew featuring Nik Hill, from London’s The Ledbury with Billy Hannigan, also a Ledbury stalwart.

Not confined to the bland and boring, wines are sourced from all over the world, with a focus on alternative winemaking styles and varietals.

Expect seasonal menus, a left-of-centre approach to gastronomy, and most of all good times at this late-late-night dining experience.
